Privacy notice

HWM Academy is HIREWORKMATE's private training portal. We collect only what we need to run your training: your name, work email, job role, employment type, timezone, and your training activity (course progress, assessment results, certificates and questions you ask).

Private notes are visible only to you in the portal. Facilitators and Academy Admins have no screen or report that shows them. Notes are stored on HWM's server; they aren't end-to-end encrypted.

Your data isn't sold, isn't used to train external AI models, and isn't sent to AI services. Training records are kept so HWM can show what training was completed and when; archived accounts keep their history rather than being silently deleted.
